Because I loved owning land, I got into the real-estate business in 1985 and am now the owner and broker of my own company, Kristin Devin Real Estate. I have a variety of experiences in selling land, homes, rental properties and commercial development. I have sat on the board of the Methow Conservancy for the last 3 years and have a real interest in land planning and protection, conservation and community. Happily married and the mother of 2 children, all my free time is spent hiking, biking, x-country skiing and enjoying this wonderful community with my family and friends. After graduating in 1983 from the University
of Colorado, Boulder with a B.S. in Economics, I moved to the valley
with a love for this
great place, an interest in business and an entrepreneurial spirit.
After getting settled in Mazama, I began to explore different business
experiences where I was co-owner of Methow Valley Central Reservation
and currently own the Winthrop Liquor Store and a guest ranch in Mazama
with my husband, the Mazama Ranch House.
