Requirements and Guidelines
Six house types are
matched to each grouping of lots and the essential landscape qualities
of their sites. House styles and designs evoke the heritage and
traditions
of the Methow Valley. The homes have been designed to nestle
into the topography. Natural materials and subtle colors are consistent
throughout
the project. Examples of exterior color palettes are available
at the model home in North Landing and referenced on individual
house type pages. Multiple variations with siding and
color allow for flexibility and individual
expression.
Within
the
established
building zones (set lot diagrams on Village
Map page),
floor plans can be changed in anyway. The purchase price includes
exterior renderings and several floor plan options to simplify
your design process. Property owners are free to select any architect
and builder.
